We use AI to plan content, write drafts, analyze audits and answer chats. These are the rules we follow, on this website and in our clients' work.

Our principles

• Human review: our team reviews every piece of content before it is published, and clients approve each post in their portal.

• Privacy first: we use only the data needed, and clients' data is never used to train models.

• Honest marketing: we do not create fake reviews, fake followers or misleading content.

• Security: we protect prompts, integrations and accounts against misuse and data leaks.

• Accountability: we document how each tool works and take responsibility for it.

AI on this website

• Chat and "Ask our AI": an assistant based on language models from specialized providers answers questions about our services and can log your request for our team.

• Digital Presence Score: automated tools review the public SEO, speed, security and social presence of the website you enter.

• The lost-sales calculator and the maturity check run with fixed formulas in your browser and do not use AI.

What we don't do

• We do not make automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects on people.

• We do not sell conversations or use them for third-party advertising.

• We use AI models under business terms that, according to those providers, do not use your data to train their models.

• We do not present AI answers as final professional advice.
