Information on our digital marketing services and the Agencia 360 platform for agencies, a blog, an AI chat assistant and free tools: the Digital Presence Score, the lost-sales calculator and the marketing maturity check.

3. Services and the platform

The information on the website is not a binding offer. Every engagement is formalized in a written proposal or contract accepted by both parties, which prevails over the website. Platform features marked as in progress may change. Prices and plans are shared in each proposal or demo.

4. Free tools and content

Audit results, calculator figures, chat answers and blog articles are general and for guidance only. They do not guarantee results or replace an assessment of your business. Only submit websites and profiles you own or are authorized to review; the audit reads public information, like a browser or a search engine would. The Free audit terms also apply.

5. Acceptable use

You agree to use the website lawfully and not to:

• Send spam, malicious code or mass automated requests, including abusing the free audit.

Texts, designs, logos, trademarks, images, software and other content belong to DA2GROUP S.A.S. or its licensors. You may share links and quote short excerpts citing the source; any other use requires written permission. Content we create for clients is governed by each contract.

Access to crm.da2agency360.com is only for authorized clients, agencies and team members. Credentials are personal; if you think someone else knows yours, change them and tell us.

The website may link to third-party sites and social networks. We do not control their content or privacy policies, and their own terms apply when you use them.

9. Liability

We work to keep the website available, secure and accurate, but it may have interruptions, errors or outdated information.
